What This Website Provides

This is a private reference website. It is not a government office, does not host official records, and cannot confirm custody status, release an inmate, submit filings, or act for the Otsego County Sheriff's Office or any court.

The site points visitors to public resources such as the Otsego County inmate roster, county records channels under Michigan FOIA, MCL 15.231 et seq., the court case lookup, MDOC OTIS, VINELink, BOP, ICE, and third-party research tools.

Acceptable Use

• Do not use the site in a way that violates law.
• Do not use information found through the site to stalk, harass, intimidate, or threaten anyone.
• Do not use site content for hiring, housing, lending, insurance, or other eligibility decisions.
• Do not try to gain unauthorized access to the site or its systems.

No Consumer Reporting Use

This site is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
